What is Barre?
Barre training involves the use of a ballet barre. It is a low impact, high intensity form of exercise that is designed to strengthen your body in ways which most other forms of exercise cannot. Barre is inspired by yoga, ballet and pilates.
How does it work?
Our personal trainer will assess your goals as well as your physical ability before assigning you with a tailored barre program.
You will engage in various exercises using the balet barre that are tailored to building strength and endurance. Your program will be amended depending on your personal development in order to accomodate your progression.
