What is personal training?

Personal training involves one on one individual focused exercises. Based on your personal fitness goals, personal training is provided at local gyms to improve motivation, consistency & form in order to maximise your results.

Jo is a certified PT with a wealth of experience in cardiovascular endurance as well as strength training - you can be confident that you're on the right track.

How does it work?

Our personal trainer will assess your goals as well as your physical ability before assigning you with a tailored program.

You will engage in various exercises that are tailored to building strength and endurance. Your program will be amended depending on your personal development in order to accomodate your progression.
